Anthony (Ant) is a husband and teacher that fell in love with woodworking. His attention to detail and meticulousness (some would say obsessiveness) ensure every piece of furniture is expertly crafted.

His passion is to create beautiful works of art out of reclaimed wood that will stay in your family for generations. He loves recycling wood from furniture that has been neglected over the years.

The goal of Ant Bot Design is to create an environmentally friendly furniture company that utilizes previously harvested wood. ​​
In partnership with One Tree Planted, one tree is planted for every item built and sold.
Anthony is a seasoned teacher who has served the public school systems in Maryland for 8 years. He has excelled in his career and in 2020 won the STEM Educator of the Year award. Anthony has held numerous leadership positions and has facilitated adult-learning professional development workshops.
In addition to his classroom experience, he has also obtained a Master's Degree in Instructional Design and Technology, graduating from Walden University with a prestigious 4.0. His work was recognized by his program director and professors in 2020 and was asked to join the 2020 Student Showcase. His resume is available for download below.
